Pay Assessment
ASSESSMENTS AND PAYMENTS
Homeowners become members of the Fulton Homes at Cooley Station Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying quarterly dues, called assessments, to support community operations and reserve funds.
Assessments are due on the first of each quarter. Assessments must be processed by the fifteenth day of the due month. Any payments processed/received after the fifteenth day of the month are subject to a late fee.
Quarterly assessment due dates:
- January 1
- April 1
- July 1
- October 1
Effective January 2026, quarterly assessments for all Fulton Homes at Cooley Station homes are $426.00. Benefitted lots add $159.00 for the maintenance of the front yards, and where applicable, the alleyway landscaping for a total of $585.00 quarterly assessment for Benefitted lots.
HOW DO I PAY MY ASSESSMENT?
Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessment. If you are using a bill payment service or paying by mail, make sure you include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper application of your payment. Your account number can be found printed on your mailed statement, and if you have any questions, you can contact the CCMC Customer Service Team at 1-833-301-4538.
NEW RESIDENT PORTAL (SINGLE SIGN-ON FOR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS) - RECOMMENDED
NEW RESIDENT PORTAL - BUURT
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's brand new resident portal, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through AAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and AAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by AAB.
PAY BY MAIL
When paying by mail, make checks payable to Fulton Homes at Cooley Station, and make sure you include your account number on your check. Send your payment along with your statement stub to:

PREVIOUS ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS THROUGH AAB
If you decide not to register for an account in the new resident portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB):

- One-Time Electronic Check & Credit/Debit Card Payments
Please note that these options require signing in directly to the previous AAB payment system here. If you have trouble with this account, please contact AAB directly at 1-844-739-2331. CCMC and AAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by AAB.
If you are using the AAB system, the Management Company ID is 6675, the Association ID is 2AL for Fulton Homes at Cooley Station, and the six-digit account number for your property is listed on your annual assessment statement.
E-STATEMENTS
Each quarter, you are mailed a quarterly statement. You can also opt-in to receive your statement by email. It saves the association money while conveniently delivering your statement to your inbox! Please note that this is just a way to receive your statement and not to pay your assessment.
You can sign up for e-statements by visiting the unique URL at the bottom of your paper statement. If you do not have a paper statement and still want to sign up for e-statements, you can email or call our customer service team directly.
